  • 2 Tbsp Top Health Okami Bio
  • 30 g Rocket leaves
  • 20 g Basil leaves
  • 80 g Walnuts
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • ¼ Tbsp Yeast nutritional
  • 50 ml Extra-virgin Olive oil
  • 120 ml water


  • Add rocket leaves, basil, walnuts, garlic clove, 2 Tbsp Top Health powder, nutritional yeast and salt. Blend to a coarse paste.
  • Add the water and blend for a few seconds. Then add the olive oil andblend again until you have a smooth consistency. It is ready!
  • You can spread some on your favourite bread as a tasty snack or enjoy it with pasta or vegetables.
