SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you place your order…
If the purchase is being shipped to Canarias or a country outside the European Union, it will be necessary to receive the Identity Card Number. This is required for the shipping company to be able to ship your order.
If this information is not provided, you will not be able to receive your order.
You will receive a confirmation email so you know it has been processed correctly. As soon as we get it ready for delivery, you will receive another email with the details of your shipment, so you can track it if you wish.
Each order is split into 2 parts:
Orders received Monday through Friday before 17h pm and are generally processed within the same day in our warehouse in Madrid, Spain. Please keep in mind that our warehouse is closed during the weekend and holidays. Your order will be handled the next business day.
Shipping times and costs:
We ship to all the world! We want your order arrives as soon as possible, please consider your location to know approximately how long it will take to arrive. The shipping times and the shipping costs are as follows:

REST OF EUROPE
3-4 business days
Both the prices of the products shown on the website and the shipping costs include indirect taxes, which will be itemized once the order is confirmed before acceptance.
In case of purchases of products that incur costs related to the importation of the goods, i.e. the taxes or customs duties, these will be paid by the buyer and must be paid before the delivery of the product/s at the collection point.
