  • 90 g Chestnut flour
  • 30 g Bagoji Protein Okami Bio
  • 80 g Almond flour
  • 3 Bananas (1 to decorate)
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 350 ml Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate
  • 1 tbsp Apple Vinegar


  • Preheat the oven at 200°C
  • Mix all the ingredients then pour the dough into a cake tin covered with parchment paper. Arrange a banana cut in half lengthwise on the dough
  • Cook for 50 minutes. After 30 minutes of cooking cover with aluminum foil so that the banana bread does not burn on the top. Check if it’s cooked all the way through and, if necessary, extend the time indicated
