TIRAMISU PROTEIN PANCAKES
Instructions for tiramisu protein pancakes:
For the pancakes:
1 tablespoon (30 g) Isolated pea protein and rice, carob and cocoa
50 g of rolled oats
2 tbsp. cocoa 70%
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1⁄2 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg 80 ml of coffee
125 ml of rice milk or whatever you prefer
2 tbsp. rice or agave syrup
For the Frosting:
120g of cottage cheese
1 small ripe banana
1. For the frosting:
blend the banana and cottage cheese until completely smooth. Let it rest in the fridge.
2. In a food processor combine all dry ingredients and blend for a few seconds. Add all tiramisu protein pancakes ingredients and mix until smooth. Let stand 5 ‘.
3. Lightly grease a medium skillet with coconut oil, then place over medium heat. When the pan is hot, spoon small tablespoons of batter into the pan.
With a spatula, flip the pancakes when the edges start to look dry (2-3 ′). Let cook one more minute, then remove from heat. Makes 4-5 pancakes depending on the size.
4. Place filling between each pancake and sprinkle cocoa powder on top.Isolated protein
