Ingredients
- 30 g Cacao protein Okami Bio
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Cacao 70% Okami Bio
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- ½ tbsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 80 ml Coffee
- 125 ml Rice milk
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 120 g Cottage cheese
- 1 Banana (ripe)
Instructions
- For the frosting:Blend the banana and cottage cheese until completely smooth. Let it rest in the fridge.
- In a food processor combine all dry ingredients and blend for a few seconds. Add all tiramisu protein pancakes ingredients and mix until smooth. Let stand 5 ‘.
- Lightly grease a medium skillet with coconut oil, then place over medium heat. When the pan is hot, spoon small tablespoons of batter into the pan.
- With a spatula, flip the pancakes when the edges start to look dry (2-3 ′). Let cook one more minute, then remove from heat. Makes 4-5 pancakes depending on the size.
