  • 30 g Cacao protein Okami Bio
  • 50 g Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Cacao 70% Okami Bio
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • ½ tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 80 ml Coffee
  • 125 ml Rice milk
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 120 g Cottage cheese
  • 1 Banana (ripe)


  • For the frosting:
    Blend the banana and cottage cheese until completely smooth. Let it rest in the fridge.
  • In a food processor combine all dry ingredients and blend for a few seconds. Add all tiramisu protein pancakes ingredients and mix until smooth. Let stand 5 ‘.
  • Lightly grease a medium skillet with coconut oil, then place over medium heat. When the pan is hot, spoon small tablespoons of batter into the pan.
  • With a spatula, flip the pancakes when the edges start to look dry (2-3 ′). Let cook one more minute, then remove from heat. Makes 4-5 pancakes depending on the size.
