Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Cacao protein Okami Bio
- 4 Bread (slices)
- 250 ml Almond milk or another type
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- ¼ Tsp Ground cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp Vanilla extract
- Kiwi (slices)
- Strawberries (slices)
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Whisk milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a baking dish until well-combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a bit of coconut oil.
- Dip the bread in the milk mixture, evenly coating both sides. Shake off any excess mixture. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until light browned.
- Serve the French toasts with kiwi and strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
