How long does shipping normally take?

Current deal: We offer free shipping when you buy 2 or more units. This involves the following countries: Spain, UK, Germany, France, Sweden and Denmark. The shipping times are generally between 3-6 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email containing your tracking number, once you parcel has been dispatched. All you have to do is click a link to find out where exactly your parcel currently is. Please remember it can take up to 24 hours for the parcel service to activate the link.

What happens if I am not happy with my order?

We stand by our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service and we will try to make it right. Whether that involves sending you a new product, giving you a refund or anything else, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a refund, contact our customer service to discuss your situation at help@okamibio.com, and then share your remaining product with a friend who might like it.
