Wake Up Super Blinis

Start your mornings on the right foot with our super blinis made with WAKE UP!

Ingredients:

  • 20 g Wake Up
  • Half banana or 1 banana for a thicker batter
  • 100 ml Vegan Milk
  • 20g rice flour (Or any other flour you prefer)
  • 1 Egg (Or a vegan substitution)

Nutrition facts calculated with almond milk.


Mix all the ingredients in a blender and put portions of the batter in a pan with a little of coconut oil so the dough doesn’t get stick to the pan (you can also make them bigger like a crêpe!). Flip the blinis once they begin to cook around the sides.


If you have a sweet tooth, drizzle them with some agave syrup or melted 85% dark chocolate. Garnish with some coconut shavings, almonds, goji berries, fresh fruit and more.
