Mango Morning Smoothie

This tropical superfood breakfast smoothie recipe has only 3 ingredients and can be blended up in less than a minute. This recipe is simple to make, but that doesn’t mean it’s simple on nutritional value! You’ll get more than your daily requirement of calcium, it’s also a great source of iron, phosphorus, and vitamins A, C and D.


Ingredients:

  • 20g Wake Up superfood powder mix
  • 400 ml Almond Milk*
  • 150g Mango

*Can be replaced by soy/ coconut/rice or oat milk. Recipe calculated with almond milk.


Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Add in some ice if you want to make it colder. Serve in a big glass and enjoy starting your morning off right!
