Green Defense Immune Boosting Smoothie

Our Green Defense immune boosting smoothie recipe is just what the doctor ordered when you feel a cold coming on!


This smoothie calls in all the defenses to help your body stay healthy. It’s packed with green fruits and veggies, fresh orange juice and ginger for extra help and topped off with all the nutritional power of our Top Health mix. A good source of healthy fats, iron, fiber, potassium, omegas 3 and 6, and vitamins A and C, this concoction has all your bases covered.

If your cold is causing congestion, try adding cayenne pepper and turmeric to your smoothie for an extra kick to clear out your system.


Ingredients:

  • 10 gr Top Health superfood powder mix
  • 1 rib of celery
  • ½ of a cucumber
  • ½ of a green apple
  • ½ of an avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • ½ cup of orange juice (use fresh if possible!)
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper and/or pinch of turmeric
  • Handful of ice

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy.
