Antioxidant Hummus

Our Okami twist on hummus kicks up the antioxidants with Super Antiox! Hummus is a great vegan and protein-rich snack. It’s also super easy to make and goes with just about anything - add it to your sandwiches, salads or use as a dip for fresh veggies. Adding a bit of our Super Antiox mix makes this good snack choice an even better one by adding in all the benefits of antioxidants - such as helping your body get rid of disease-causing free radicals.


This recipe serves 2 people.


Ingredients:

  • 20g Super Antiox superfood powder mix
  • 1 Clove of garlic (add another clove or two for extra garlic kick!)
  • 200g Cooked chickpeas
  • 30ml Water
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 20g Tahini
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 40g Olive oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon of cumin
  • Sweet paprika (or Spanish Pimentón) to decorate

Mix all the ingredients with a blender. Before serving, drizzle olive oil and a dash of sweet paprika on the top. Eat with bread or fresh veggies like carrots or cucumbers.
