SUPER ANTIOX SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients for 2 smoothies:

  • 3 Tbsp. Super Antiox superfood powder mix
  • 60g spinach leaves
  • 1 kiwi (sliced & frozen)
  • 2 small ripe bananas (sliced & frozen)
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 250 ml of cold water
  • 1-2 cm peeled ginger
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Toppings: Chia seeds


Instructions:

1. Blend all the ingredients of the smoothie in a food processor until smooth. Add more or less liquid to suit your taste. 

2. Divide between 2 glasses and enjoy! Best when fresh, though leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.
