  • 150 g Beet (cooked)
  • 2 Stalks celery
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 Parsley (handful)
  • ½ Apple (red or green)
  • 1 tbsp Super Antiox Okami Bio
  • 1 cup Water


  • Express lime, put together with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


f you want to enjoy your smoothie cold, you can either freeze some of the ingredients or add some ice.
